Program of our truffle weekend
From December to March, go in search of the secrets of the truffle in the Drôme Provençale ! From Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, you stay in one of the rooms of our guest house.
Visit of the Richerenches Truffle market
On Saturday morning, we will accompany you in your initiation to digging, cooking and tasting this mushroom with exceptional taste qualities as well as a visit to the famous Richerenches market. to discover the secret of the Rabassiers. You will discover that the truffle sales secrets are well kept!
Visit of a truffle grower
Back home enjoy a delicacy prepared truffle omelette for lunch. In the afternoon, discovery of the technique of digging truffles in a truffle estate just a few minutes from our B&B
Visit and wine tasting in a wine estate on the Côte du Rhone
To conclude this day of discovery of regional products, you have an appointment at the Domaine de Montine for a visit to the wine estate and a tasting of the wines of the region.
Dinner around the truffle
Back in Clos de la Tuilière, discover in the kitchen the recipes for Saturday night dinner with dishes from local recipes around the truffle. You will learn how to cook truffles before learning how to taste them, which, as it should be, is complemented by carefully selected Grignan les Adhémar & Côte du Rhône wines
